How
can I obtain pricing information and ordering information?
Please
use the form on our Request Business Access web page (see link on left
navigaton bar of this page. Pricing information is provided only
to
qualified businesses and charities. The actual price list has
shortened descriptions of our products and up to date pricing
information. The best product information is in our online
shopping
cart as the price list may not include all our new products and does
not have any pictures.
After I request wholesale access, when will my account be activated?
We will review your request for business
access and activate your account within 48 hours. To expediate
this process please call us and ask us to review your request
immediately. Our number is 877-215-9004. We will ask you to
provide a tax id number from your state prior to your first order.
How soon we will receive our order?
Orders
are processed in 1-2 business days. A confirmation e-mail will be sent
acknowledging all online orders. A further e-mail will notify you when
your order has shipped and provide you with a tracking number when
applicable. For orders shipping to US destinations, orders
usually arrive within 2-5 business days of shipment. This depends
upon your proximity to our shipping location in Utah and the shipping
service you choose. You can view the status of your order 24/7 by
logging into your account. Just follow the Order Status link in
the header above. Occasionally the item you order may be
temporarily out of stock. If this is the case you will be informed of

Do you ship
Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia and other counties?
Yes we ship world wide. To Canada we
recommend UPS because it is trackable and reliable. Outside
Canada express services such as UPS, DHL or Fed Ex often double or
triple the cost of the shipment. We have found that the best way
to ship World Wide (Canada not inlcuded) is to ship via the post
office. Generally we ship Economey Surface Parcel Post (30-75
days) or Air Mail Parcel Post (10-30 days). Shipments over 500
lbs can be sent air cargo and take 7-15 days to most
locations. Customs and Brokerage charges will come due when
your package arrives. Please check into these charges before you
order. The online shopping cart only allows for UPS to Canada and
for postal services to all other countries. If you wish to ship
by other means please e-mail, fax or phone in your order. We can
ship utilizing your shipper number with either UPS or Fed Ex but we
require written and signed permission to do so and some form of proof
of account ownership (faxed copy of recent billing). Please do
not assume that the country of orgin for any of our products in the
United States. Our products are both made in the United States
and sourced elsewhere. We can provide this information in
advance upon your request.
What is the
difference between bleached and unbleached diapers?
Bleached prefold diapers are white
because the cotton yarn was bleached in the factory prior to weaving
the material. Cotton is naturally an ivory or light brown
color. The bleaching process turns the cotton fibers white and
also removes the natural cotton oils in the fibers. In doing so
the strength of the fibers is reduced and the resulting woven material
is slightly less durable. The bleaching process can lead to
additional pollutants being released to the environment through
airborne and waterborn emissions. Recent improvements in
bleaching technology has reduced but not eliminated this impact.
Because unbleached diapers retain much of their
natural cotton oils in the fiber matrix they are softer and more
durable than bleached cloth diapers. Unbleached prefold cloth
diapers must be washed at least 2-3 times after you receive them before
they become absorbant. We recommend washing the diapers in hot
sudsy water and drying them on high heat and repeating as many times as
necessary for the diapers to become absorbant. You can test the
absorbency by making a pocket of the diaper and slowly pouring 1/2 cup
of liquid into the diaper. If the liquid pools and does not soak
in fairly quickly, keep washing. Depending upon the detergent you
use and the hardness of your water and the natural variations in cotton
materials you may have to wash these up to 5 times before they become
fully absorbant. Do not under any circumstance use fabric softner
as this causes the fabric to be coated and thus repels moisture.
Despite the added effort necessary to break in these diapers, they are
extremely popular and by most accounts well worth it.
What payment
terms do you offer?
We accept Master
Card, Visa, American Express and Discover Cards. Payment terms of
net 15 are only offered to government entities, hospitals and long term
customers with an approved credit application.
Do you accept
checks?
Checks are accepted but orders are not shipped until the check
clears. Returned checks are subject to a $30 service fee.
Can you send my order COD?
We
only provide COD service to customers with at least one years ordering
history and an approved credit application on file.
What is your return Policy?
Any
items purchased may be returned within 30 days for a full refund in
accordance with the following:
1-
Returned products are unused and unwashed and returned clean and in
resellable condition.
2-
Returns must be pre-authorized, call for a return authorization number.
3-
Copy of sales receipt must accompany returned items.
4- Please write
reason for return sales receipt.
5-
Orginal shipping charges will not be refunded and return postage is not
reimbursable.
6- Items returned after 30 days are subject to a restocking fee of up
to 50% at our descretion. Items not eligible for return will be
held for pickup for no longer than 30 days.
Our return policy for defective
items (except prefold diapers)
is as follows:
1-
Unwashed/unused defective products may be
returned for replacement items within 90 days of purchase.
2-
Returns must be preauthorized. Call
for a return authorization number.
3-
Upon request we will reimburse you or credit
your account for reasonable return shipping costs (i.e.
UPS Ground or parcel post)
4- We do not accept washed or used returns.
5- We do not accept returns directly from
your customers.
6-
We do not reimburse for your shipping costs
to us or to and from your customers.
Our Return Policy For Prefold Diapers is as follows:
We strive to provide our customers with the best product possible and
give the most competitive wholesale prices available. Our
diapers are manufactured primarily for use in diaper services and we
guarantee the diapers as suitable for this purpose. The utmost care
economically feasible is taken to insure that each diaper is as
flawless as possible. However, we have found that a
small percentage of the diapers within each case may have small flaws
Flaw such as small grease stains,
unbleached strands of cotton within the weave, loose threads or uneven
sewing. These flaws are acceptable when diapers are
used as diapers but may not be usable when the diapers are used for
burp cloth manufacturing. These are just
normal inconsistencies that occur when prefold diapers are purchased in
wholesale quantities and these are a normal part of your purchase.
Sometimes a particular lot of diapers will have
almost no flaws other times there may be a significant number of
imperfect diapers.
Our experience indicates that the Chinese prefold diapers have far
fewer faults than the indian prefolds and thus we recommend them for
burb cloth makers.
Many of our customers choose to keep the flawed
diapers for other uses such as (rags or diapering) or sell them as
seconds. We assume that the diapers will be laundered before the
customer uses them which may eliminate some of the problems.
However, if you find them unsuitable we will accept returns on the
following basis:

may choose to return the diapers for credit towards their next purchase.
