ships domestic wholesale orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) or US
Post Office. Shipping charges are based on the weight of your
order, your ship to location and the level of service you choose.
We can utilize your UPS account number if requested. We can also
ship your order Fed Ex utilizing your account number.
Wholesale
orders are shipped Tuesday through Friday only. Order by
10AM MST Friday to ship on Friday, otherwise your order will not ship
till Tuesday. Orders placed Monday through Thursday generally
ship the next business day.
Our online
shopping cart provides you with a choice of available United Parcel
Service and Post Office services for both domestic and international
customers. Our shipping center is located in Sandy, Utah and drop
ins are welcome.
UPS GROUND - Note these are times in
transit for domestic ground services and do not include weekends or
holidays. UPS services are fully trackable. UPS Next Day,
Second Day and Third Day services are also available. These times
to not include order processing times. Again this map indicates
time in transit.
Foreign
Orders:
Our prefered international shipping method is UPS Expediated. UPS
Expediate generally takes 3-5 business days to arrive and is a fully
trackable service. UPS Expediated includes brokerage
charges. However, duties and taxes are due upon arrival.
Other shipping methods do not include brokerage charges which will be
collected by the carrier along with applicable duties and taxes.
If you choose postal services for international shipments, please note
they are not trackable. Also note that if your postal service
package is late, please check with your local post office
branch as they may be holding your package for collection of customs,
duties and taxes. They frequently do not leave notice that a
package is being held.
