on Third Party Websites Not Allowed
We no longer allow our retailers to sell our products through
third party website such as Amazon, E-bay and others.
Effective January 1, 2012 OsoCozy Retailers may only sell our
products through their own websites or at their own brick and
mortar stores. Failure to adhere to this policy will
result in revocation of purchasing privileges. This
policy is common in the cloth diaper and other industries and
is done by manufacturers in part to maintain MAP prices and
editorial control of their products descriptions, images and
trademarks. Experience has shown that maintaining a
sustainable MAP pricing policy for all OsoCozy Retailers is
not possible when your products are widely sold in third party
venues. Since the overwhelming number of OsoCozy
Retailers do not use 3rd party websites we have decided to
error in their favor.
MAP
Pricing Our current wholesale catalog which is available to all
approved retailers lists the MSRP for OsoCozy products.
Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) is 10% below the listed
MSRPs. Short term sales are allowed but these sales must
be relatively infrequent. We expect OsoCozy Retailers to
adhere to these prices and reserve the right to revoke
purchasing privileges of retailers that do not maintain MAP
pricing.
CO-OPS
Not Allowed Placing our products for sale in any Co-op is not
allowed. Resellers or other customers that place our products
for sale on Co-ops will have their accounts closed. If
you are aware of any Co-op selling our products please let us
know about it so that we can take appropriate action.
Please provide as much detail as possible when doing so
because we cannot respond to rumors we must be able to track
down the responsible party.
Products
Not Generic
Effective 1/1/2013: The diapers and accessories we sell are
OsoCozy products and must be described as such on websites and
other advertising. We require that all OsoCozy Retailers
sell our products as OsoCozy Products. We have been
around a long time and have not required this until now.
It will require some to update their web or catalog copy but
we expect that everyone will comply with this provision by the
end of 2013. Failure to adhere to this policy may result
in revocation of purchasing privileges.
Use
of the Photos and Descriptions
Use of the photos, descriptions and charts in this website by
our retailers is allowed only in conjunction with the resale
of OsoCozy products. Use of our images or descriptions
to sell other products is not allowed. With permission
content in this website can be used for journalistic and
educational purposes. Please use the contact us page in
that regard.
Accepted
Payment Methods We
accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal**,
Money Orders and Personal or Business Checks if payable in US
funds. Personal and business checks must be payable in US
funds and are held until payment clears before product is
shipped.
Debit Cards, Bank Cards, Gift Cards and most other cards that
features the Visa, MasterCard or American Express logo are
also accepted.
**We also accept eChecks, Switch, Solo and Electronic Cheques
when payment is made through PayPal. We reserve the right to
ship only to PayPal members with verified addresses.
Payment by bank transfer may be accepted on a case by case
basis and may be required for large orders shipping to
International locations.
We accept purchase orders from government entities and
companies with an approved credit application.
Credit
Credit is only extended to customers that have been making regular purchases for a minimum of one year and only if the total of those purchases exceeds $5000. Good credit references are required. Institutional customers such as hospitals, government agencies or established charitable organizations may be offered credit terms without the 1 year and $5000 limit above. Call and ask us for a credit application if interested.

Alltogether.com uses SSL (Secure Socket Layers) and encryption
technology so that no one can intercept your personal and
financial information. All information you submit online,
including credit card numbers, is safe, secure and completely

Email
Privacy – We Don't SPAM
When
you provide an email address to Alltogether.com, an automated
email order confirmation is sent. This is to provide you with
a chance to review your order to correct any mistakes or
typos. When your order ships, a second email is sent with your
tracking number. Generally the only other time we will use
your e-mail address is if it is necessary to contact you in
connection with your order. Sometimes it's to confirm what
appears to be a typo in a shipping address or an invalid
expiration date on a credit card. Retailers and Diaper
Services will receive our Newsletters and News Flashes.
You can unsubscribe to our mailing list at any time.
Just follow the link at the bottom of any of these
e-mails. If you have not made a purchase in the past 18
months you will be dropped from our list.
Customer Service
Customer service is one of our highest priorities. Part of
that is keeping our promise to ship orders in 2 business days
or less. Generally though orders are shipped within one
business day. Every e-mail gets answered and we do our
best to reply within one business day. Sometimes when we get
busy, it can take 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and
holidays) for us to catch up and reply to everyone. If it's

USA call 001-801-566-7579. Customer Service hours are Mon thru
Fri 9 AM to 5:00 PM MST.
Many orders ship out the same day or the very next morning so
please contact us immediately if need to change or cancel an
order you just placed.
International
Orders
Every
day we ship orders to England, Germany, Belgium, Australia,
Canada and many other countries. We can ship to you no matter
where your business is, whether in Europe, Asia or South
America. Please be sure to select the proper International
shipping method during checkout or your order may be delayed.
For information on the cost to ship your order to your country
please read the following instructions.
Your
shipping (freight or postage) costs depends upon what you
order. You can find out how much your shipping is just by
adding items into our online shopping cart. Our shopping cart
calculates shipping based upon a combination of the size and
total weight of the order plus the shipping method you select
and the final destination. If you place all the items you want
into our shopping cart, the software will calculate and
display the correct total for you including shipping. If the
shopping cart is unable to calculate shipping it will display
an amount of $0.00. In this case you can either submit your
order and we will contact you with shipping options and prices
or you can call or e-mail us for more information.
Many
countries will levy an import tax or customs fee that will
need to be paid before you can collect your package. If you
are not sure if your country levies additional import taxes
please contact your local post office or customs department.
Orders to Canada can arrive tax and fees paid if you select
UPS Worldwide Expedited as your shipping method. By
arrangement with UPS we have arranged for status as a
non-resident importer to Canada. This means we can
prepay the brokerage fees, tariffs and other taxes. This
is included in the price of shipping if you use UPS Worldwide
Expedited.
Mail
Orders
You can place your order by mail using a check or money order.
The easiest way to do this is to go to our website and begin
placing the items you want into the online shopping cart as if
you were going to purchase with a credit card through the web
site. You can select the pay by check option in the shopping
cart and print out your order to include with your payment.
This will allow our shopping cart software to properly
calculate shipping and correctly total your order.
Shipping
Most orders placed on a weekday will ship the following day.
Orders placed on the weekend will generally ship on Tuesday.
Although 95% of our orders ship out in one business days,
occassionally we are very busy and therefore we ask that you
allow us up to two business days to ship.
UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air
UPS Next Day and Second Day Air shipping will ship the same
day if received week days before 11 AM MST. Our two day
shipping commitment (48 hour) excludes weekends, holidays,
closing due to extreme weather conditions and other related
delays, custom made items, special order or out of stock
items.
If UPS is unable to deliver a Next Day Air package as promised
we will make an application for refund and reimburse you for
the actual postage (this does not include handling charges).
Please contact us if a carrier is unable to deliver on time
and you desire a refund.
UPS Next Day, 2ND Day Air or 3 Day Select Orders must be
received before 11 AM MST to ship the same day. Orders
received after 11 AM will ship the following business day. UPS
will not deliver to PO Boxes. If you are shipping to a PO Box
you must call in your order.
Out
of Stock Items
We work very hard to maintain sufficient inventory on
everything we sell, but occasionally some items may be
temporarily backordered. At our discretion we may partial ship
your order or hold your order for the back order items. If
your order will be delayed we will contact you via e-mail. You
can always check on the status of your by logging into your
account.

availability, product pricing and other information are
subject to change without notice. We do our best to ensure the

Returns
& Exchanges

exchanges due to errors in size, manufactures defect, shipping

Returns of Non-Defective Products
Any items purchased may be returned within 30 days for a
full refund in accordance with the following:
1-
Returned products must be unwashed and unused and returned in
clean and resellable condition.
2- Returns must be preauthorized. Call or email for a
return authorization number.
3- Include a copy of your sales receipt or invoice with your
return.
4- Please write the reason for the return and the return
authorization number on the receipt or invoice.
5- Original shipping charges and return postage are not
reimbursable.
6- Items returned after 30 days are subject to a restocking
fee of up to 50%.
7- Items not eligible for return will be held for your pickup
for no longer than 30 days. After 30 days we will
dispose of the goods in any way we see fit.
Returns of Defective Products (Except Prefolds)
Defective
products except prefolds may be returned for replacement
within 90 days of purchase in accordance with the following:
1-
We do not process returns and/or refunds for purchases that
were not placed directly through us. We will not deal directly
with your customers. If they contact us we will ask them to
contact the business they purchased from.
2-
The retailer who made the sale will then need to review the
product or issue and make the decision on whether or not the
items are defective. Remember, buyers remorse and/or product
misuse does not constitute manufacturer's defect.
3-
If you find that the item(s) are defective, you may refund or
replace the goods at your discretion. After this is
done, you can contact us to let us know the issue and what
steps were taken to correct this. We will then make a refund
or replacement to you based on the situation.
4-
We do back up your decision and if you decide that the product
is damaged or defective we will provide you with the
appropriate refund/replacement. In some cases we may
require return of the defective product(s). Generally this is
done so we can make improvements or share the issue with our
factories.
5-
Returns must be preauthorized. Call or email for a
return authorization number.
6- Include a copy of your sales receipt or invoice with your
return.
7- Please write the reason for the return and the return
authorization number on the receipt or invoice.
8- We do not reimburse for your shipping costs to or from your
customers.
Returns
of Defective Prefold Diapers
This
is a special case because our prefolds are sometimes used to
make customized burp cloths by our customers. We strive
to provide our customers with the best product possible and
give the most competitive wholesale prices available. Our
diapers are manufactured primarily for use in diaper services
or at home laundry as diapers. We guarantee the diapers
as suitable for this purpose. The utmost care economically
feasible is taken to insure that each diaper is as flawless as
possible. However, we have found that a small percentage of
the diapers may have small flaws. Flaw such as small dust
or grease stains, unbleached strands of cotton within the
weave, loose threads or uneven sewing. These flaws are
acceptable when diapers are used as diapers but may not be
usable when the diapers are used for burp cloth manufacturing.
These flaws just described are just normal inconsistencies
that occur when prefold diapers are purchased in wholesale
quantities and these are a normal part of your purchase.
Sometimes a particular lot of diapers will have almost no
flaws other times there may be a significant number of
imperfect diapers.
Many
of our customers choose to keep the flawed diapers for other
uses such as (rags or diapering) or sell them as seconds. We
assume that the diapers will be laundered before the customer
uses them which may eliminate some of the problems. However,
if you find them unsuitable we will accept returns on the
following basis:

return policy on prefold diapers is as follows:
1- Customers may choose to return the diapers for credit
towards their next purchase.
2-Returns
must be preauthorized. Call for a return authorization number.
3-No refunds are given.
4-We do not pay for return postage
5-Returns must be made within 90 days of purchase.
Sale
Items, Close Out& Special Offers
All sales of Close Out or Discontinued items are final. We
will make exchanges of Close Out or Discontinued items for
different sizes so long as stock is available, at our
discretion. Other sale items and special items may be returned
or exchanged unless specified as final.

Errors
We do our best to ensure the accuracy of the information on
